Shipping policy

All orders placed through our website are fulfilled and delivered to you from our UK warehouse.

International shipping: We are working on expanding our international delivery options. More destinations coming soon.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next working day.

Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, holidays, or sale periods.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as carrier strikes or extreme weather.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order ships.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

If tracking shows “delivered” but your parcel is missing, check safe places and neighbours first. 

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, which means there is only a short window for changes.

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please inform us as soon as possible after placing the order.

We cannot guarantee these changes, especially if the order has already been packed or dispatched.

Failed Delivery / Return-to-Sender

If an order returns to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address

  • non-collection

  • delivery refusal

we will refund the order minus:

  • the original outbound shipping cost

  • any return-to-sender fee

  • any customs charges incurred.

Re-delivery requires a new order, as we cannot resend returned parcels.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us.

Lost

If tracking shows no movement for 7 working days, please contact us. 

Refunds or replacements can only be issued after the courier’s investigation has been completed.

PO Boxes

PO Boxes: accepted only where the carrier permits (size/weight limits apply).
