Dr. Althea ABC Glow Whipped Serum is a 3-in-1 toner, serum and bubble pack designed to give dull, dehydrated skin a boost of lightweight hydration and glow. Its unique foam-to-water texture transforms airy bubbles into a refreshing essence that leaves skin feeling soft, smooth and ready for makeup.
Formulated with 90% vegan Collagen Water, it helps support a plumper, more elastic-looking complexion, while Bakuchiol helps improve the appearance of wrinkles. Vitamin Tree Water supports a brighter, more radiant-looking complexion, while Allantoin helps soothe and comfort the skin.
Apply 1–2 pumps after cleansing and gently roll the bubbles into the skin. It absorbs quickly, leaving a smooth, hydrated and makeup-ready finish.
