1. Use 2-3 times per week as a substitute for shampoo, or as needed based on your scalp type.
2. Ensure hair and scalp are completely wet before use. Section your hair and apply the product directly to your scalp using the bottle tip.
3. Massage gently into the scalp, then rinse thoroughly. Properly close the product by making sure the cap is put back on when finished.

If the formula is difficult to squeeze out due to high salt content after a long period of non-use, close the cap and shake lightly before applying.
