Made with nutrient-rich Icheon rice, once reserved for Korean royalty, the formula is enriched through a traditional 48-hour fermentation process, releasing amino acids and antioxidants that hydrate, smooth, and whiten skin. The toner nourishes rough skin and improves skin elasticity. Formulated with PHA and protease, it gently removes dead skin cells and evens out skin tone with a non-sticky, watery texture. It is ideal for anyone aiming for intense moisture and a smooth, clear complexion.
